• Remove all valuables and fragile articles.
• Turn off all alarms or leave us with the key fob that can deactivate them.
• Close all windows.
• Lower power and manual antennas.
  

CondoWash is not responsible for fragile or valuable items so please check your vehicle thoroughly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, you must call us or email us at clean@condowash.com within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note that once you have made a payment and do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your payment can no longer be refunded.

You may reschedule your appointment to another time by scheduling another hand carwash online or calling customer service during office hours at (312) 453-7308 to book another appointment.
