On the date of your appointment, simply leave your car in your designated parking spot and drop off your key with the attendant or at our secure drop-off box. Please make sure you review and understand your responsibilities before your car service appointment. When you visit our calendar, you will see half-hour time slots available for scheduling. Simply click on the slot you want to schedule a hand carwash, complete the required information and pay for your wash. You must pay for the services you want to complete the reservation. Don't worry, payment is made easily and securely online through PayPal.

If you need to cancel for any reason, you must call us or change your reservation online within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note that once you have made a payment and fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your payment can no longer be refunded. If this happens, simply reschedule your appointment at another time by scheduling another hand carwash online or calling customer service during office hours at (312) 453-7308 to book another slot.

Gratuities are not required, but appreciated. When your key is returned to you, information aobut the team member who took care of your vehicle will be provided to you. You may reward them with a tip if you feel that they have done an exceptional job.

While we make every effort to return your car within 1 hour of your scheduled wash, we are committed to returning your car within 2 hours so please plan your day accordingly. For instance, if your scheduled appointment time is 8:30a.m. you can expect your car to be returned no later than 10:30a.m. Please allow additional time for the return of your vehicle when scheduling detailing and/or additional services.
